while browsing El Salchichero's website in anticipation of their grand opening this Friday, I noticed these two local sources for veggies and spices:

• DirtyGirlProduce.Com - Dirty Girl Produce.
• Lindencroft.com - Lindencroft Farms.

mmmmm ribs

one critical flaw. I forgot the brown sugar! sprinkled some on though and wrapped in foil. now I have a slight sweetness to some burning HOT Spicey ribs.
